When I joined º£½ÇÂÒÂ× many years ago as a fledgling neonatologist, I think I knew even back then that this meant I would be joining a community who shared the same goals in wanting to improve perinatal care and who would help me achieve that by supporting my practice.

Decades on, and now Quality Lead, I am still on my own improvement journey and still benefitting from º£½ÇÂÒÂ× members sharing their practice online and through the Annual Scientific Conference. I love being part of the Executive Committee, its energy in developing resources, its fearlessness in tackling difficult perinatal issues and its drive to build strong relationships with other perinatal organisations.
