If you would like to suggest a topic for a º£½ÇÂÒÂ× publication please complete the proposal form below.
Proposals will be reviewed by the º£½ÇÂÒÂ× publications committee at their quarterly meetings. These will be prioritised according to the following criteria:
- High contribution to mortality, morbidity or disability
- Areas where there is uncertainty which has led to wide variation in clinical practice and service delivery.
- Areas where novel high-quality evidence is available and should be adopted into clinical care.
- Areas where there are resource implications particularly where there is an interface between complex pathways eg between primary/secondary care.
- Areas where there is high risk of litigation and safety concerns.
- High impact on Families
- High impact on Staff
- Feasibility with º£½ÇÂÒÂ× resources
Please note we do receive a lot of suggestions for publications so if the topic is approved it may be a while before work can get started. The chair and working group members will be recruited through an open process. º£½ÇÂÒÂ× will not consider publications where there's ongoing work or existing guidelines.
